Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Your privacy and data sovereignty are structural priorities at Wravelo. This policy details exactly how we handle, process, and safeguard information across our digital ecosystem. By interacting with our digital interfaces, filling out our project intake funnels, or communicating with our team, you explicitly agree to the practices described in this document.
1. Data Ingestion & Inflow Parameters
We ingest information that you explicitly submit through our intake funnels, project provisioning sequences, and direct communication lines. This includes:
- Identity Parameters: Full Name, Corporate Entity Details, and Title.
- Communication Channels: Business Email Address, Corporate Telephone Numbers, and WhatsApp contact variables.
- Operational Telemetry: Technical project briefs, architecture constraints, database demands, and third-party API integration maps.
2. System Optimization & Data Utilization
We process collected data strictly to execute corporate tasks, secure engineering availability, and build out high-performance infrastructure:
- To engineer, refactor, and deploy custom digital architecture and applications tailored to your specific technical briefs.
- To coordinate system patches, manage architecture staging networks, and deliver milestone project syncs.
- To verify communication integrity, monitor frontend site performance, and eliminate malicious automated scripts.
3. Data Integrity & Crypto Safeguards
We enforce strict data transit protection parameters. All information parsed through our multi-step intake engines is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) mechanics. Wravelo does not lease, sell, or trade your corporate data or identity parameters to marketing third parties. Data handles are only shared with trusted operational third-party software variables (e.g., cloud platforms, specialized database pipelines, or internal project management indices) that are absolutely critical to delivering our services.
4. Your Rights & Technical Compliance
Depending on your operational jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to your personal identifiers, request corrections to your configuration vectors, or demand complete deletion of your data profiles within our storage indexes. For any data telemetry concerns, you can contact our data handlers directly at wravelostudio@gmail.com.
Terms of Service
Last System-Wide Revision: June 2026
By interacting with this website, engaging with any software layers provided by Wravelo, or entering into our digital engineering workflow, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any structural parameters of these terms, you must halt all usage of our platform immediately.
1. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property (IP)
Unless explicitly itemized otherwise inside an executed standalone project Statement of Work (SOW):
- Bespoke Assets: All custom source code, structural database architectures, layout assets, and applications developed specifically for your project remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wravelo until all matching milestone invoices and final project balances are paid and settled in full.
- The Scaffold Framework Exemption: Wravelo routinely uses internal proprietary boilerplates, foundational framework architectures, pre-written code modules, and open-source packages to accelerate implementation speeds. Wravelo retains absolute, uncompromised ownership over these core internal foundations, granting the client a perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them within the completed live build.
2. Client Performance & Verification Sprints
Delivering premium, high-fidelity engineering structures requires active, bidirectional engagement.
- Clients are contractually obligated to supply precise technical variables, structural requirements, and setup keys in a timely manner.
- Clients must adhere to defined feedback loops and milestone sign-offs. Wravelo reserves the right to pause live engineering schedules and change project completion windows if client dependencies cause unmitigated blockages.
3. Operational Risks & Third-Party Dependencies
Wravelo engineers hyper-optimized software models but operates within an interconnected web environment.
- Upstream Outages: Wravelo shall not be held liable for any performance degradation, framework breaks, or complete platform downtime caused directly by third-party upstream infrastructure tools (including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, or specialized third-party APIs).
- The Environment Benchmark: All performance guarantees (such as targeting a 98/100 Lighthouse speed score or 60fps scrolling fluidity) apply strictly to modern, stable, public release builds of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge under clean sandbox parameters. Wravelo does not guarantee performance parity on legacy clients, un-optimized browsers, or system variants with heavy external script overloads.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wravelo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct loss of company revenue, data corruption events, unexpected database exceptions, or business operational blocks arising out of the deployment, optimization, or usage of our software models.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, along with all operational project agreements, shall be governed by, interpreted, and legally enforced under the strict laws and corporate registration states of Wravelo. All claims or disputes must be settled through corresponding local courts.
Refund & Cancellation
Digital engineering, architectural scoping, and cloud infrastructure orchestration represent resource-intensive, high-allocation commitments. Our financial mechanics reflect these constraints to safeguard production capacity.
Upfront Allocation Deposits
All initial milestone payments, technical design sprint tokens, and "Build Slot Reservation" fees are strictly non-refundable. These financial assets are immediately utilized to lock down our engineering schedule, clear internal developer availability, and absorb upfront scoping labor overhead.
Termination Protocol
Either party may terminate an active engineering project engagement by serving exactly 14 days of formal written notice via verified communication channels to the designated project lead. Upon notice delivery, the client remains contractually responsible for the immediate financial settlement of all code sprints, framework items, and deployment blocks completed up to the final termination date.
Digital Delivery Mechanics
Wravelo delivers all engineering services exclusively through digital networks. Successful delivery is formally recognized and stamped when code updates are pushed to designated version control tracking layers (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), or when compiled application builds are deployed live to verified staging or live production servers as itemized in your project's Statement of Work (SOW).
Accessibility Statement
Wravelo is built on a core philosophy of technical precision and digital inclusivity. We maintain a proactive engineering commitment to ensuring our layouts, interfaces, and codebases are structurally accessible to all individuals.
Compliance Target
Our engineering systems are designed to target structural alignment with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines across all modern interface layouts, utilizing proper semantic HTML trees, explicit ARIA tags, and optimized keyboard navigation trees wherever technically feasible within high-fidelity motion environments.
Continuous Improvement
As digital styling standards adapt, our team periodically audits our web assets. If your internal compliance leads detect any automated layout shift, element tracking error, or visual contrast bottleneck on our domain, please flag the exact telemetry payload to our system operators at wravelostudio@gmail.com for immediate patch deployment.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This section governs operational bounds exclusively for clients maintaining active, paid Technical Management, DevOps Optimization, or Infrastructure Maintenance Retainers.
Uptime Availability Target
Wravelo targets a strict 99.9% environment availability benchmark for all cloud pipelines, containerized deployments, and server architectures configured, orchestrated, and actively managed under our retention plans.
The Upstream Cloud Exception
This availability benchmark explicitly carves out and excludes any system-wide blackouts, routing failures, or data degradation originating from core foundational upstream cloud providers (including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, or Stripe processing networks).
Incident Response Framework
Our DevOps response pipeline triages unexpected architecture behavior under fixed severity schedules during operational tracking windows:
- Severity 1 (Critical System Failures): Complete system blackouts, unresolvable database exceptions, or critical payment processing breaks are met with active engine diagnostics within 4 to 8 business hours of a formal dashboard ticket submission.
- Severity 2 (Non-Critical Maintenance): Layout anomalies, template refactors, minor performance drops, or general feature extensions are queued directly into regular, bi-weekly development sprints.
